Check-in was super quick, like just a few minutes maybe. No real hassle or anything, which was nice.

Parking at the port felt like it was going to drain my wallet into the ocean, so I was relieved to find Port Canaveral Parking. I paid way less, the whole process was simple, and the shuttle was totally fine. For the price, I’d absolutely use them again without a second thought.

I booked my parking through Port Canaveral Parking and it only took a few minutes. I just picked my dates, put in my info, and the confirmation came through fast. Nothing felt confusing or overcomplicated. I had a quick question too, and support basically said, “You’re all set, just bring your confirmation,” which was nice and simple. Overall, really easy experience.

The lot felt really open, and at night I didn’t notice much security around. Maybe everything was fine, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that my car was kind of exposed, so I didn’t feel very comfortable leaving it there.

Parking was easy enough and the lot seemed totally fine. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because when we got back, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle. I know that’s not the end of the world, but after a cruise I was tired and not in the mood to stand around waiting. The drivers were nice though, so overall it was still a good experience

I don’t have much patience for driving in circles or figuring things out last minute, so I was glad the spot was easy to find and really close to the port. The shuttle showed up fast too, which I appreciated because I was ready to get on the ship already. Made the whole morning way less annoying than I expected. I’d definitely use them again.

Overall, it was a decent experience. Most of the people were nice, and everything worked out fine, but I do think the service could feel a bit more consistent from start to finish.

They handled our bags really well and got everything taken care of quickly. Compared to some other companies I’ve used where you end up waiting around or worrying about your luggage, this was a much smoother experience.
